Species is Irrelevant

• We will work with any and all species.  Domesticated or wild.  Terrestrial or aquatic.  Exotics welcome.  Mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fishes, invertebrates. 

 

 

Trouble Assessment

• Assessment requires our hands on psychological testing of the student's belief set and knowledge base. Problems WILL be evoked by assessor through through "mild-stress conversation" techniques. Situational problems should be evoked by and displayed whenever possible, UNLESS safety is at risk.

 

 

Video Assessment

• Send a video (Email/DVD/VHS) of all problems, up to 30 minutes total. All problems should be evoked and displayed on video.

 

 

Consultation Plans for Non-Reproducible Situations

• Step by step action plans for night time problems, unpredictable visitors, or rarely seen or hard-to-invoke situational behavior issue

 

 

Case Reports are Available

• Psychological Assessments, Treatment Histories, Case Summaries, Owner Transfer Reports
